Construction has begun at 103 E Prairie St. as we prepare Mackenzies Bakery's production kitchen and bake shop for a Spring 2022 opening! Mackenzies will serve as a consumer-facing bakery and soon after, a wholesale center. Upon opening, you can expect to enjoy pretzel, struan, crispy Italian and paesano blend breads, as well as a small selection of cookies, muffins and beverages.
