A Vision for the Village of Vicksburg

The Lee Paper Mill brought a thriving economy to Vicksburg in the mid-to-late 1900s. Upon its closing in 2001, the village encountered a downfall that left many without jobs, and the Mill property vacant. Cue Chris Moore, a Vicksburg native who would purchase the property and re-envision it to become a bustling, sustainable attraction for years to come. Moore plans to keep as much of the existing infrastructure as possible as he rebuilds The Mill at Vicksburg.
