The mill, once the top paper producer of the 20th century, is well on its way to becoming a top Midwest travel destination in the 21st century. Owner Chris Moore's passion for beer plays a major role in this project, as The Mill will be home to a brewery and breweriana museum that will attract craft beer lovers all across the globe. In addition, The Mill will also have dedicated spaces for a hotel, event spaces and more.
