Vicksburg Spotlighted at National Beer Memorabilia Gathering

Neon Sign Exhibit in The Mill at Vicksburg

More than 500 beer collectors from across the U.S. converged in Vicksburg for the National Association Breweriana Advertising’s (NABA) 54th annual convention, making it the organization’s largest event to date.

The 5-day convention included a standout excursion to Vicksburg’s Cone Top Brewery Museum on July 23. Nearly 400 attendees toured the museum and historic village. From intricate displays of memorabilia and beers enjoyed in period bars to guided tours of The Mill at Vicksburg that highlighted the craft of neon signmaking—it was an event to be remembered.

Chris Moore is a longtime breweriana enthusiast and the owner of the Cone Top Brewery Museum. He has teamed up with NABA to preserve and showcase brewery heritage through both digital archives and physical exhibits in downtown Vicksburg, including motion signs, chalkware pieces, lithographs, tap handles and more.
