via WWMT.com – Vicksburg city leaders take a step forward on plans to revitalize an old paper mill.
The Vicksburg Planning Commission voted unanimously to recommend the Vicksburg Village Council approve a proposal for development at the old Lee Paper Mill.
Paper City Development has plans to pump $50 million into turning the rundown site into a centerpiece for the community, complete with a brewery, hotel and concert venue.
