MLive has just released their list of the top Kalamazoo area developments to watch in 2025 and our downtown restoration project is one of them! We’re bringing three adjoining buildings (106, 108 and 110 S. Main St.)—known by the villagers as the “Hill’s Buildings”—back to their original 1800s glory.
We made great progress on renovations in 2024 and are continuing them in 2025 with plans to reopen these beautiful buildings to the public!
